Q.What is this on my sago Palm?

Zone Central florida | Ajnan2@gmail.com added on April 6, 2015 | Answered

This has just recently developed on all four of our sago palms. Is this normal? Will it harm the tree? Should it be treated?

What you are seeing is normal and will not harm the tree. This is a female sago palm flower.
