Q.What Is This Climber?

Zone sw1v 2ln | moya.russell@googlemail.com added on April 10, 2021 | Answered

I have had this plant for a few years. It grew very slowly and did not thrive, I had given up on it and forgot its name suddenly this year it has taken off and I would really appreciate being reminded of its name so I can care for it. I think it is a type of clematis the leaves a fine and silky no flowers but I recall the flowers would be white.
