What Is This Cactus?

I was given this neglected houseplant and one stem from a healthier one. The healthy leaf is about 8 inches long and then has three skinny “stems “ growing out of it. They seem to grow well in hanging baskets because they grew up over the side instead of trying to climb up. The ”leaf” Looks a bit like my Epiphylum Oxypetalum but then it has those weird “stems “growing out of it. Can someone tell me what it is? Thanks!!
