What is this and how do I treat it?

I just noticed multiple areas near buds that have clusters of yellow egg looking things…ants are also moving about these areas. Pictures are attached. Thank you! This vine is absolutely gorgeous and blooming like crazy this year. I’d be so sad to lose it.
