What is this?

Question

We planted some flower seeds. In potting soil with Fertilizer. As you can see the seeds are growing. However these little round balls appeared. Just wondering if they are bug eggs or something else and if I should be concerned.

It appears you used a soil that may contain a slow release fertilizer.
