What is the temperature range for leaving Plumeria plants outside? At what temperature should they be brought inside?

I have my plumeria plants in pots on my patio in Las Vegas, Nevada. When do I stop watering and bring them indoors? Would they be ok on my patio if I moved them up against the house.

Below freezing 32F is the danger, so this article suggests protection starting when temps are at 35F.
Up against the house may be better than out in the open, covered is even better. Consider Agribon frost blankets from Peaceful Valley Farm Supply http://www.groworganic.com [1]
