what is the rust color stuff on the tomatoes and how can I get rid of it?

At the base of the plant is yellowing a bit because of my dog. But the rust color on some of them is higher up…do I need to be concerned?

This may be Tomato Leaf Mold; though it could be a few other tomato leaf diseases.
