Q.What is This Plant

Anonymous added on April 18, 2014 | Answered

I bought a 100 year old home and there are several plants in my yard growing wild, with leaves looking like a traditional arrowhead plant and a single bloom that is very pale yellow and a darker yellow stamen. The leaves of the arrowhead are dark green and varigated. They have come up the past three springs. I have looked for a picture of the plant online and cannot find this plant. I live in Hopkinsville, KY. Can you lead me in the direction of a source to find my answer?

Could you send us a picture of the plant? This will make it easier for us to identify it for you.
