What is the cure for wrinkled rose leaves?

I have planted a rose plant in pot and it was flowering quite well. Of lately, the new leaves come out wrinkled and the buds also don’t blossom. Buds appear to be burnt as days pass by. Please suggest a remedy to cure this infection. Thanks in advance.

It is hard to say what is going on with your rosebush. It could be that some herbicide spray drifted over onto it. It could also be that the pot is a bit too small for the bush and thus the root zone is not happy. The worst thing would be if Rose Rosette Virus is starting to show its face. I would say try pruning it back, water well with some water that has both a product calle Super Thrive in it and 1/3 cup Epsom salts per gallon of water. This mix should be used the next couple of times the bush needs water. Also be very sure the pot is draining properly and water is not allowed to stand in the drain pan area.
