What Is The Best Way To Propagate Burning Bush ?

I have three large burning bush plants Growing too close to the house. Want to start some burning bush out in the yard farther away. Thought seeds would take too long and didn’t want to buy young plants. I don’t see any growing under these by the house. Can they be routed somehow?
