Soil that is very fertile (e.g. amended with compost) or fertilizer use is going to make Silver Mound grow too tall and then flop. It actually looks better in soil of average fertility. Here are some other tips: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/foliage/artemisia/silver-mound-care.htm [1]
