Q.What is the best fast climbing plant that has to always be in a pot.

That's a fairly general question. Do you want a climbing rose or a vine, like a morning glory? Clematis works well, and so does ivy. A lot depends on where you want it to go, how big you want it to get and what type of plant you're looking for.
