Q.What is it?
Can anyone tell me what this is? And why when it flowers, they turn brown and drop off quickly?

Hi - It looks like a white Camelia ( Bud drop occurs when plants receive too much or too little water, insufficient light or extreme cold temperatures. They may also suffer from nutrient deficiencies or mite problems or mold) - a lot of things really :)
