What Is Happening to My Key Lime Pie Succulent

What is happening to my Key Lime Pie Succulent? I got it a week ago and planted it last weekend. Yesterday it did not have these holes in it. I planted it in a tea cup with pebbles for drainage and soil for cacti. It is in the window with other plants, which do not have these holes in them.
