Q.What Is Causing The Holes In Geranium Leaves? What Can I Do?
This occurrence is new this year. There have been very few flowers this summer.

It looks like insect or caterpillar damage. That shouldn't affect blooming unless it is eating the buds, too, like the budworm. Have you checked under the leaves for the culprit? If these are outside you may need to check at dusk or night with a flashlight. If you find worms, slugs, or caterpillars, pick them off and drop them in a bowl of soapy water (dish soap)
