Q.What is best way to deal with clematis wilt? Should I cut back the plant, feed it or what??

These are 2 newly planted plants this spring and both seem to be affected with the wilt!

If these are newly planted vines and they are wilted; it may be either too little or too much water or moisture.
Check the soil to make sure it is well draining, if the root are sitting in poorly draining soil they can suffer root rot.
