Q.What Is Attacking My Phaelonopsis Orchids?

This doesn’t look like mealy bug infestation. No sign of white fluffy spots on leaves or underneath. Could this be a different insect eating the petals like this? Will white oil be sufficient to use?

Are your plants outside? The indoor pests such as aphids, scale, mealy bugs, thrips, and spider mites don't do this kind of chewing damage. This looks more like beetle type damage or slugs and snails. For beetles, you can use Neem oil. For slugs and snails the best option is slug bait which is iron phosphate pellets. Here is more:
