Variety of Kiwi That Will Grow in Cool-Cold Winters

We live in the Sierra Nevada foothills. I have read you can grow Kiwi in colder areas. I am looking for varieties that might grow here.

You are looking for hardy kiwi vine. The fruit are smaller than the tropical varieties but taste as good. Arctic Beauty and Issai are 2 I know of. This article has a few others listed:
