What is a good time to transplant a Yucca plant? I don’t think it has enough room where it is situated now.

Since the Yucca is quite a tough plant you could most likely transplant at any time without much issue.
The Yucca sends down long tap roots and has a extensive root structure. Digging up this plant will be a work out.
