What Happened To My Dracaena? :(

Hello, I am very saddened by the sudden state of my dracaena. I’ve uploaded a picture of it in November 2020, notice how the leaves are all still pointing upward and strong. And then this year, all of a sudden, I notice some of its leaves looking so limp. Look at the picture of the two heads – the ‘head’ on the right compared to the one on the left. I’ve also added a close-up shot. I have noticed small white bugs that cluster together that LOOK like mealybugs, but much smaller. Like little white specks about 0.1mm long on some of the affected leaves and sprayed them with some Dr Gannick Scale Terminator…but the leaves still look like this. Can anyone please help? It pains me greatly to see my once beautiful dragon tree look like this now… Thank you in advance!

I see signs of overwatering and being rootbound! Repotting into a slightly larger container and making sure that the soil dries pretty thoroughly, at least 3 or 4 inches down the container, between watering again can help. Be sure to give this plant some humidity in the form of spraying it if the air gets dry.

Feeding can help, but ultimately, it will be best to give it a little more room. If do you decide to feed, do so sparingly, and not very often.
