What Fungicide Is This

Question

As a exhibition leek grower , i have some kind of disease or fungus on my leeks , i have never come across this before , and i am looking for answers and fungicides that can be used to cure it

Unfortunately, this doesn't appear to be a fungus, and might be something a little more sinister. That appears to be virus called leek yellow stripe. Viral infections in plants cannot be cured. You can attempt to manage it in the area, but it won't do a lot of good. You'll likely have to avoid planting there for several years. I'd wait two, at the very least, but that still isn't enough time, sometimes.
