Why doesn’t my Blue Daze or Evolvulus bloom all of the time?

We live in Miami and it’s pretty random how it blooms.

Is your plant in full sunlight? Shade will reduce blooming. Also, try shearing the plant by about one-third its height to stimulate blooming.
