I have brown spots/ blacks on ever plant in my yard, even in the trees. What & how do I need to use to control this fungus? I am using baking soda & water & it may have helped some but can’t seem to catch up.

Neem Oil is good treatment for most pest and fungus issues, though not every Leaf Spot disease may be cleared up with a fungicide.
