What do I use to stop my baby Campsis from being eaten alive? I have tried bug and fungus spray but nothing seems to work.

Try washing the plant to remove any residue and possible eggs from the bugs.

Then Neem Oil is a good choice, use it weekly until the problem is gone. Make sure you spray the tops and undersides of the leaves.
I would also use it on the soil, as you may have the problem pest in the soil as well.
