Q.What Do I Do With These Yukka’s?
Hi, We moved into our house about 18 months ago. There are about half a dozen Yukka trees at the front. Over the last few months, all the leaves have dropped off and they look pretty dead. Just wondering if anyone has any advice on what I should do? For example, should I just leave them and the leaves will grow back, or should I chop the actual trunk right down and see if they’ll grow again.

It looks like they may have a disease. This can happen with wet soils, or soils with poor drainage. I would treat the area with a fungicide, and cut anything out that is severely damaged.
