Q.what do i do when bok choy bolts?
I am in Melbourne and it has been both cold and warm. It is near the end of May. I didn’t know what bolting meant till I looked it up. It has a flower and some leaves. Do I just pull it out as a did or is there something I can do?

When a boy choy bolts, it is recommended to harvest the entire plant. The smaller leaves could be used in salads and even the flower stalks, according to some, are still tender and sweet enough to use in stir-fry and salads. I guess you will find out!
