Q.What Container Should I Use For This Cactus?
My sister has been having trouble taking care of her cactus and since I have a few I tried to help her out. Her cactus had its roots severed but its still got a few healthy sprouts at the bottom so its okay to plant. My only concern is how much soil it needs and how big of a container it should be put in, also I’m a bit unsure as to how much it should be watered. There’s a lot of leaves on it and its around 9cm in diameter so I felt it would need more soil and water but for now I’ve put it in a wide and shallow disc container. Any advice?

This is an Aeonium! They are succulents that must be treated, only slightly, different than a cactus. Unlike a true cactus, this plant must never be allowed to dry out, fully, but never can remain saturated, either.
