What Causes Yellow Spots on a Ripe Tomato?

My tomatoes are growing like crazy and doing great but some of them have yellow spots on them. Is there a fungus that can cause this on only a few? I suspect my neighbor’s dog is claiming the territory but my husband says no. What do you think? They are behind chicken wire fencing but are on the row closest to the edge.

Yes, it may be a fungus. No, it’s not the dog. It may also be a genetic anomaly with that particular type. If the yellow spots are hard, it’s probably genetic. If they turn soft, you have a disease.
