Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comWe have noticed two of our Christmas palms’ fronds have a shredding problem…even the new growth. Have never had that problem before. These palms are 2-3 yrs old.

This is typically caused by underwatering. The plants may be rootbound and not getting enough water. You will need to check them and then either re-pot them or increase their watering. This article may help:
