Q.what causes browning of tips of grown cabbage leaves

--B added on June 15, 2012 | Answered

I have almost fully grown cabbages in my field. They have been looking very healthy but recently I have observed that most of them are developing a brownish look along the tips of the leaves. What is the problem?

This is typically caused by a watering issue. It can be caused by too much or too little water. Likely, in this weather, it is too little. Try increasing water to the plants to help reduce the browning.
