Q.What can I grow after new potatoes

My new potatoes are nearly ready for lifting. What can I grow on the plot when they have been lifted? For example, spring or winter cabbage.

What you plant is going to be determined by the plant family of the harvested crop, the growing season required by the second crop, and what you like. Here's a short article on plant families: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/vgen/different-vegetable-families.htm and one on plant rotation: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/vgen/succession-planting-garden.htm
To be more specific, a legume would be good, to replace nitrogen used by the potatoes, but I don't know if your growing season is long enough for any of them. You could explore the seed aisles to see what can mature before your first frost date. Or you could contact your local Master Gardener to see what they might recommend.
