Q.What can I do to help my Durante shrub flower?

I have a sapphire Durante flowering shrub. It was taken inside in the winter, returned to the outside for the summer but it is not flowering the small purplish flowers. Can I do anything to bring it back? I Live in Connecticut.

If the plant survived the winter inside and is growing foliage nicely, it should flower. When returned outdoors did you give it a timed-release fertilizer or a water soluable monthly fertilizer? If not, try fertilizing. You can also prune the shrub to shape it up and revitalize. Also, be sure it is getting adequate water, because that can delay flowering. Here is more:
