What brand of fertilizer can I use on Forsythias?

I have a group of Forsythias that get a lot of sun and are in well kept soil but they do not bloom as much as other plants in my neighborhood. I’m looking for a fertilizer.

With forsythias, you use a balanced fertilizer (10-10-10) once every two to three months in the spring and summer.
