What Are These Worms?

These worms are all over my garden area. Not on the plants but on the side of the pots and all on the side of the garage wall which is next to my garden. They are even in my citrus trees. Been gardening for years and first time ever seeing these worms.

There are many caterpillars with that type of appearance, so identification may be quite difficult.

Remove what you can by hand, then spray with the insecticide of your choice.
