What Are These?

I am reporting some house leeks & found a lot of these in the pot – they are green and hard. Are they fertiliser, insect eggs or seeds? Photo attached. Thank you!

Most likely they are fertilizer pellets. Hen and chick seeds are tiny, like dust.
