If it’s powdery in nature, then the white spots are powdery mildew and can be treated with neem oil. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/problems/get-the-cure-for-powdery-mildew.htm [1]
If it’s not powdery but simply white-colored spots that are bleached looking in the leaves, it could be some other type of fungus, which like the powdery mildew can be treated with neem oil, OR it could be water spots from splashing water drops either during irrigation or from rain.
