Q.What Are the White Bugs on My Hibiscus

I have hundreds of tiny white bugs on my leaves and flower buds. They eat the flower and the stem falls off? What is it? How do I get rid of it?

It sounds like mealybugs. They are common this time of year on indoor hibiscus. This article will help:
