Storing Calla Lily

nancy.naugler@yahoocom added on August 31, 2015 | Answered

What are the pods that form when a Calla Lily flower dies off? Is there another medium that can be used to store the root ball over the winter other than peat moss? What is the best way to store them?

The pods are seed heads that have formed.

Sawdust will work also for winter storage of bulbs.
