Q.what are the green pods on passion flowers?

Zone 6 | Anonymous added on October 11, 2016 | Answered

My passion flowers are now producing lots of green “pods?”
what do I do with them?
store- let dry out? plant next spring?
or, do they need to be cut open… I don’t even know what’s inside?
