Q.What Are The Brown And White Spots On My Plumeria Leaves?
I’ve had my plumeria for about a month and have been watering it according to the instructions on the tag. These spots started showing up a couple days ago. It doesn’t look like Rust which I have seen mentioned elsewhere. What is it and how can I treat it? Thank you!

This appears to be Black Spot fungus. This happens when the soil remains too moist for too long, which leaves the shrub open to infection.
Generally, the watering instructions on the tag are a guideline but will depend on the conditions and climate of the time.
It will be best to water once the the soil dries out, thoroughly, to at least two or three inches between watering.
This length of time will vary, depending on climatic conditions at the time. Measuring with a moisture meter or by hand may be necessary.
