What Are Some Trellising Plants That Take Off Quickly

I recently moved into an apartment with a small south facing balcony (zone 5b). I would like trellis a potted plant along the metal balcony balusters to provide a little privacy, so I’m wondering what my options are as far as something that will take off and fill in fairly quickly after repotting.
