Q.What Animal Is Eating The Leaves To The Ground In Approximately 2 Hours On My Horseradish?

Just seems to short a period of time for bugs to eat the leaves to ground just little nubs of leaves left.

This sounds like the cabbageworm, which will feed on plants in the genus, Brassica. There are several ways to control them, my favorite being Bacillius thuringiensis (Bt). It is a non-toxic microbe that is quite effective. This article will give some more suggestions:
