The leaves have light brown spots on them. My bush has stop producing.

It sounds like your rosebush may have either had an attack by a fungus or perhaps water got onto the leaves and the droplets stayed there in the hottest sun part of the day, thus actually burning little spots on the leaves/foliage. Either one will cause the rosebush stress and sometimes a bit of shock. If it is a fungal attack, spraying the rosebush with a good fungicide three or four times 10 to 14 days apart should help. If it is sun scald spots, just keep the rosebush well watered and rinse the foliage off in the early morning or early evening once the temps start to cool down. Giving the rosebush some water with a product called Super Thrive in it the next three to four times it needs watering will go a long way to helping the rosebush get through the stress and shock time. I use Green Cure as my fungicide of choice for my rosebushes, it is an Earth Friendly product and works very well.
