Q.wet yard
We moved into a subdivision that has drainage issues. Our backyard floods when it rains hard (the back part) then it gets really dry. It is also pretty shady. What would be your suggestion for plants there? Thanks in advance.
I first might suggest you contact the city regarding the drainage issues.
Your local government should be made aware of flooding concerns.
Contacting a landscape specialist may also be warranted. Correct landscaping and drainage is important for your home and it's foundation.
