wet, shadeless, clay, high traffic lawn

Apartment common area 1700 sq ft, 4-5 dogs frequently, is wet due to drainage area for driveway, minimal sun with shade of 3 story building. Trying to grow grass, mostly dirt with minimal grass now. Can you recommend type of grass or other ground cover?
