Q.Weeping Cherry Tree Only Blossoms At The End Of The Branches.
My friend has a beautiful Weeping Cherry Tree that used to blossom beautifully. Her dau-in-law trimmed it the year before last and since then, last Spring and this Spring – there are only blossoms at the very tips of the branches, all the way around, sort of like a little flounce on a bare skirt. Totally bald on top and sides. Otherwise it leaves out nicely for the summer. Is there any help for this tree? Thank you so very much. This is Lancaster County, PA – a very beautiful place for flowers and blooming trees. Sorry I don’t have a picture.
