Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comOur weeping cherry tree has gone wild. Within the last year or so it seems to have sprouted an additional 5 feet up. Is that normal? It doesn’t seem to be developing a nice canopy, rather it’s like it’s trying to grow as tall as possible. Should we be doing something about it? Thanks!
Margaret

A Weeping Cherry Tree can grow 20 to 30 feet in height.
An average growth rate is 13 to 24 inches per year.
There is really no such thing as a dwarf variety of this tree.
