It is not uncommon for young vegetable and weed seedlings to resemble each other. You may also have had some seeds fall in other areas. If you planted your vegetables in rows, then as they grow, look for repeating plants that don’t resemble the weeds. They are most likely the vegetables and as more time goes by, you’ll soon become better able to recognize and distinguish them from one another.
