Weeds

I have a very low to the ground grey green plant that is spreading. It grows in circles and smothers or blocks all other plants within its circle. I live in zone 4 in Montana. What could it be? And how can I get rid of it?

Can you send an image? Identification is best before trying to treat.

You can also take a sample and check with your County Extension Office.
They can guide you the weed type and how best to treat in your region.
