We have webworms in our pecan tree during the spring. They fall off onto the driveway. Lots of them. Is dormant oil good for preventing these pests?

Webworms in Pecan Trees can spoil all the leaves and fruit on your tree.
Neem Oil is the best way to take care of the Webworms.
Use a pump sprayer and make sure the Neem Oil hits the worms themselves.
For each 30 ml of Neem Oil mix with 1 gallon of water.
Repeat until the worms are gone from the tree.
Birds often eat the fallen worms.
